Outside the Studio

Elizabeth finds joy and inspiration in movement, whether she’s hiking along quiet trails, dancing with freedom, swimming in open water, or simply spending time outdoors. Nature is where she reconnects with herself, listens more deeply, and remembers what it feels like to be fully alive in her body.

For her, these aren’t just hobbies. They are nourishing practices that reflect her belief that movement is essential for vitality, emotional well-being, and self-discovery. The same presence she experiences in nature and movement is what she brings into her work. She invites her clients to rediscover that sense of connection within themselves — to move, feel, breathe, and come home to their bodies with ease and curiosity.
