Through graceful, mindful movements, you’ll develop balance, coordination, and relaxation, while releasing physical tension and calming your thoughts. Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion”, a way to strengthen the body while bringing peace to the mind.

In this class, we’ll explore and play with the first third of the Yang short form, one of the most popular and accessible Tai Chi sequences. You’ll learn foundational postures, breathing techniques, and the principles of flow and grounding.

No prior experience is required, just comfortable clothing, a curious mind, and a willingness to move slowly and mindfully.
