During this gentle, 45-50-minute practice we explore embodied movement inspired by ancient qi gong practices that cultivate resiliency and enhance the immune system. Creative movement is peppered in occasionally to allow you to listen to and explore what your body wants and needs. Join us one, two, or more days a week!
