PARKING: You can park anywhere in the HUB, including the underground parking (accessible both from 10th Avenue and Vermont Street). Closest parking is behind Trader Joe's or on Vermont near the pedestrian bridge at the end of Vermont Street. 

STAIRS: are found behind Trader Joes's. Above is the view from the parking lot behind Trader Joe's. The Lofts are accessable from both the gray and the colorful staircase.
