Tai Chi Introduction
Learn the slow, meditative martial art of tai chi. Cultivate peace, relaxation, and the flow of the vital energy or life force known as Chi. We play with the first 1/3 of the yang short form.
Dates: July 22- September 4
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 7:30am-8:20am
Donation: pay what you can (suggested donation is $120-240 for the entire class)
